Description
This formulation of Zinc Magnesium and B6 offers the following benefits:
Besides maintaining bone structures, magnesium works with potassium in conducting nerve impulses; metabolizing carbohydrates, fats and proteins; and DNA and RNA synthesis. It also regulates blood calcium balance and helps vitamin D absorb calcium and phosphorous into your bones. Magnesium plays a role in metabolism and muscle health and helps manage sleep.
Your body needs vitamin B6 for over 100 enzyme functions that are involved with metabolism. In the form of pyridoxal phosphate, vitamin B6 carries out protein synthesis of hemoglobin formation in your red blood cells, synthesis of white blood cells and developing neurotransmitters. B6 may boost energy.
Zinc also regulates protein synthesis and proper growth development. Zinc is also a component of an antioxidant called superoxide dismutase, or SOD, which protects cells from free radical damage. Zinc also plays a role in storing and releasing insulin, moving vitamin A from the liver and keeping your blood pH in balance. Zinc supports your immune system and muscles.
Increasing these three nutrients, zinc magnesium and B6, in your system can build muscle strength and stamina, speed up muscle recovery, and improve the quality of your sleep. A great supplement for sportsmen/women.

Finding this an effective supplement that helps with some of the unpleasant side effects of RA.
Lynne Brown –
Thank you for confirming the fact that zinc and magnesium are useful in improving arthritic conditions. And low B6 is common in RA, where it’s associated with higher inflammation levels. It is no wonder you have found this formula effective.
