    this product is amazing! I highly recommend it. I’ve been suffering from sinusitis for a month now, and due to the high pollen count (I’m in Cape Town) and the wind it has been an awful month. All i wanted to do was hide in my room. I had all the symptoms – one of the worst was a bad headache every day. I bought this product and could note the difference on the same day.

    Hi, my name is Beth
    I just bought super sinex as I suffer from chronic sinus congestion but I am unsure how many a day to take, can you help please?

      Hi Beth, I see you are in Australia so you wouldn’t have bought from my online shop in South Africa. However the general recommended dosage is 3 capsules three to four times daily. Hope you soon feel relief.

    Hi. My doctor gave me super sinex along with neoclarityne, prospan, ranclav, sterimar and gene mist as I have a severe sinus and at this stage. I also had a cortisone injection ( do this twice a year). First time I am using super sinex, and I must say I really feel much better. Does the super sinex also dry up and if you suffer from chronic sinus, how do you suggest me taking it? 🦋
