Capsules:

600mg 100% potassium humate (humic and fulvic acids)

– Other ingredients: gelatine capsules

Directions for use capsules:

Adults and children older than 12 years:

Therapeutic dose: 2 capsules twice daily

Maintenance dose: 1 capsule twice daily

Children aged 5 to 12 years:  Half the adult dosage.

Powder Form (100g) :

100% potassium humate (humic and fulvic acids)

– Contains no colourants, fillers, gluten or preservatives

Directions for use powder form:

Adults and children older than 12 years:

Therapeutic dose: 1 teaspoon

Maintenance dose: 1/2 teaspoon

Start with 1/4 teaspoon in water daily and slowly increase.

Children aged 5 to 12 years: Half the adult dosage.
